Well, you'd think so, wouldn't you. But the Swindon playoff semi game at Withdean has assumed MYTHICAL proportions over the years and this one has the potential to do likewise.

The difference was, that prior to the Swindon game we were holding a 1-0 advantage from the 1st leg. This time we are already 2-0 down.

That alone alas, will put a fair few off from going to the game.

West lower emptiness is an odd one. It's mostly season ticket holders so why have they not bought? Won't be because of the Friday result because they had to take their seats before that. Odd, very odd.

Nearly all of them (474 currently) are in the South most block with 139 in the North most block (W1H).

That, and the fact that we have the proverbial mountain to climb, despite Tony's call to arms.

Some people alas have already written us off.

Games that are 'Mountains to climb' are the ones supporters want to be at. Why would any Albion supporter not be bothered to go after the season we've had? Games like Monday's are what we were dreaming of whilst at Gillingham and Withdean and Hereford.

Bragging Rights FOREVER for anybody who goes to the game and who stays to the bitter/glorious end.

Stayed to the end at Boro

Stayed to the end at Hillsborough

No intentions of missing this one nor leaving early.

Glorious end. Believe!

I don't honestly care if it's an inglorious, saggy, damp squibby sort of end. The team has been magnificent this season. I'm staying and applauding until every last one of them has left the pitch.

If they do turn it around I might just kip on the North Stand tomorrow night.

Block W1A which is a lot of those seats is sparse every game. Tends to house charity collectors, whoever has played on the bandstand, AITC groups. Hardly any paid tickets

Noticed Derby had 2-3k less than normal for yesterday's game as they normally get 32k for big games.

Will Hull winning 3 nil have an impact on their home attendance I wonder? Fans may save their money for Wembley, well a few anyway.

Hull normally get around 16k anyway although they'll sell out this I'm sure.
Derby had 2k more against Sheffield Wednesday than they did against hull yesterday.... I'd suspect the Derby fans are fed up with the playoffs also lol
