I think this series is now seriously damaging " Sir Alan's ", how f***ing pretentious is that ?, reputation. I think of him more as a clown now than a serious business man, a Simon Cowell of the boardroom. He clearly fires the wrong one of the 3 nearly EVERY time and his decisions are baffling. He seems to like arseholes and thinks being nice or respecting other people and not backstabbing people is a sign of weakness.

100% agreed. I know you have to be tough in business, but it is nice to be nice sometimes, shirley?! I'm convinced the reason he let the awful Jasmina stay was because she was a selfish, unpleasant cow, and any kind of positivity in the ranks is seen as naivity.

She maybe that, but she was a VERY GOOD team leader.

I think it's safe to say Sir Alan doesn't like Nooral anymore than the rest of us, of course, the others left in love him because providing their on his team and lose, they know he'll get the sack!

I concur with SDL, how on earth is James still there?! What a tosser, or so he seems. The others seem to love the guy, and as Sir Alan said, he's respected in whatever it is he does. But christ, he doesn't have come across as a know-it-all who doesn't know a thing...

And it's for exactly that reason that I suspect they'll keep him in an increasingly blatantly-manipulated entertainment programme for as long as they can get away with.

Sorry; I used to like the show but they're SO treading water (they're being mean and nasty with each other, the tasks making them look silly and argumentative etc etc etc) and lost any tiny shred of perhaps resembling reality when they hired that spiv who'd lied on his CV IMHO.

Agree with both of these. So much is wrong with this show actually. I've only seen two people who look class in the past 3 series, and they appeared in the final on the same series. Ruth BADGER and the single mum who won it.

Since then, the people have been fairly talentless IMO and the tasks are crap. That catering task from two weeks ago for example. Making the biggest profit on a "one off" task is no indicator of good business practise IMO. It doesn't take into account customer feedback and potential customer retention for a start. And the people are all a bit thick and either gobby or too timid to make a decision. In all cases, they are never encouraged to take responsibility for f*** ups. All in all, a bit "car crash" for my liking.
