what are the new Sony 20gb mp3's like?

I have a 60Gb Video, its superb I haven't had 1 problem with it even after all the software upgrades !!

To tinx and bozza and anyone else who has a video (30gig or 60 gig) Ipod.

Do you find it easy transferring DivX (4 & 5) and XviD video files? Is this a lengthy process using the Ipod conversion software? What is the quality of video files like?

I had an 20gb iPod and it took three weekes to break. I took it back to a well known electronics retailer in Churchill Square and they shrugged their shoulders and said it happens all the time They suggested I switch to a Sony, I did and it is Kool and the Gang.

Mine is good (but six months old). My one gripe is a lack of functionality - the iPod is much better for shuffles, info etc.

My G3 15GB just went strange. I can use it, charge it, but it doesn't show when I plug it onto either my PCs or my Mac. Spoke to Apple tech support (tried to be v helpfull), tried all the things he said, and still no luck, his opinion was that it probably is dead.

Bummer, cos there's no way I can lift off my music, and some of it I don't have anymore.

Still would have another one, but I'll be sure to keep all my music backed up.

My Nano lasted a month, luckily it's insured, so I've ebayed the replacement and upgraded my phone to a Sony W800i
