I have just upgraded my regular AirPods to the Pro version. The snug fit is a bit weird and occasionally makes me feel a bit “off balance” when I walk. And forget the noise cancellation for the same reason. Will I get used to this?

And the pure white rubber things are surely going to look manky and grubby after a few weeks of use?

Come on people, please reassure me I’ve made the right decision here.

Serious question.
is there anything the apple earpods do that these cant?
I have had them for a couple of months and they're fantastic. sound quality is superb so just wondering

I expect the only way to really tell would be to literally compare them side by side. Perhaps some YouTuber has.

I expect the apple ones will be much better build quality and better quality components in general and you'd probably have to run them through specialist software to find out any audio differences, but there will be some.

I use AirPod Pro's when I am in my office due to the noise cancelling if I make a phone call.

I have the original AirPods at home and put it this way, I would not be in a rush to take the pro's home. I prefer the fit of the original AirPods.

No idea on how the quality compares. What I can say is Gruff Rhys’ truly beautiful new long player called Seeking New Gods got the opening slot on these new pods and it sounds great.

The fit of the originals is where I’m at. These news ones seal my ears off….and it’s off putting.

Try wearing them when you haven’t had 5 pints of ( craft beer with very long name ) to see if your balance improves.:)

Do they fit snugly into a man bag?
If affirmative, you've made the right decision; otherwise, not.

Sheep are white too.

I doubt their profit margins reflect this.
