what does this actually mean?
Before all the sarcastic replies come in... long, long ago in the earlier days of NSC there was one particular summer where approximately 5,000 different people all started threads asking when the fixtures were due to come out.
"Fixtures" became the slang word for starting a thread when someone else had already done so, hence it being shouted at anyone guilty of that nowadays. Some people preempt it if they're not sure someone else has already started a thread on whatever they're talking about...
I thought that the op was asking what 'this' means?
Prior to that I am sure it was 'Does anyone have GOSBTS ringtone for a Nokia?' but fixtures is more to the point...and quicker to type.

Now someone needs to explain what Kanchelskis means ... goes back to the same summer, from memory!
Is Andrei Kanchelskis joining us?
