There's probably been more money laid out on buying match tickets that bets for APOEL.
When they went on sale there were available online with no limit to number of tickets people could buy online. So "opportunists" were buying 20-30 each. That left only a few hundred to be sold at the ticket office when it opened - where there were around 3000 fans waiting to buy them. After that the "opportunists" were asking €700+ for them and some even over €1000, so, apart from season ticket holders who got theirs allocated the rest of the people there will likely be rich ones, or, there will be lots of empty seats and touts feeling a bit silly.
You may as well keep your money and put it on Vicente to score the first goal which will be similar odds. Apoel will NOT beat Madrid, they may draw if they get very lucky, but they won't beat them.
