Neither of the people in the pictures have so far as I know, although there is (or was) a wrestler in TNA by the name of Bobby Roode.

Didn't think there was any relation to the late 'Ravishing' Rick though, mainly due to the fact that Bobby Roode is Canadian, and Rick Rood/Rude wasn't.
