I am and apart from sadness at the seemingly inevitable loss of Moises, I am very excited to see the players we are being linked to as new signings. Can’t wait for the new season.

I have little interest in re watching last season’s highlights though

I don't and won't partake in this.

Last season I devoured all things RDZ and the boys on screen and in print, we certainly were YouTube darlings.
I really did struggle when we lost (absolutely pathetic).

But once the season ended I can't settle into any new content.

Last season was all too much and I needed, and still need, a break.

Despite my love of the beautiful game I'm enjoying a break, though arguably I'm here on a football chat site so what counts for a break?

No. Enjoying the summer break and completely relaxed about any squad departures. I also don't bother with pre-season friendlies, and will be my Albion mo-jo going on the eve of the new PL season.

I almost felt a bit “footballed” out towards the end of the season. If I’m honest, Arsenal away felt (before the game) a bit of a chore, especially after the drubbing by Everton, but they reel you in, oh yes they reel you in…. I’m making the most of the break because next year will be hectic.

I'm impatient for the Europa draw. Im really buzzing for it. Apart from that I'm chilled about footbal. Going on holiday soon which I always look forward to in the summer.

I like being able to shut the football off for a while TBH, focus on other stuff instead. Makes August feel proper fresh and exciting when getting the “game face” back on.
