Also any plans for an NSC thread that will be printed and sent to him with messages of support? No matter what people think of his merits as a manager etc. the man is an Albion legend and should always have a place in our hearts.

how long is it that Wilkins has been at the club? Just curious as surely he must be due a testamonial whatever happens following his role as player, youth and club manager

I know what you're saying, but hardly true of Wilkins in the hearts of many Albion fans (older generation maybe) I wouldn't have thought.

Obvoiously I was joking.

Deano will get something sorted out soon. Unfortunately he has allowed his pride to get in the way here, he is Albion to the core and feels, understandably, as though he has been mistreated and betrayed.

Everyone knows that this season has been targeted as the year we need to get back into the Championship ahead of Falmer and, in his Heart of Hearts, Dean should know that ,despite his obvious strengths, he lacks the experience to deliver that.

I think it speaks volumes that the club wanted him to remain as a pivotal element in the future obviously he has the right stuff to coach the squad but we cant afford to give him another season to develop his management skills.

Mickey Adams and Brighton go well together and personally I applaud his reinstatement as it says all I want to know about our ambitions for the coming season.
