Went to the website, followed the e-cash top-up link

Treied my fan number with my ticketing pwd, postcode (they used this as your default on the ticketing site) - Didnt work.

Tried the Reset Password option - An error occurred message.

Tried the register function....website crash.

Anyone managed to get on yet??

Any one tried to top up their smartcard. I logged on but can't find any smartcard logo to click on??

I found that too, the instuctions in the paperwork don't seem to be correct. There is, as you say, no ST/smart card logo to click on to. If you go into account details there is no logo and no obvious way of topping up.

Looks cool though !

You are according to the letter, but the e-cash top up part is in the fans section on seagulls.co.uk

am I being dumb here, why do we need to load money onto it?

Cos it's easier than using cash and you get 10% cashback for everything bought at stadium, including drinks and food and goods purchased at the club shop!
