There is usually a history with people. If people took time to look at the history of people and the actions they do it is nearly always explainable. the guy may have just imploded and had a nervous breakdown or something. Of course he could be just evil but he is not evil by default.

We were talking about that today and the only what we could think of was if he was looking at pictures on google images. You can view thumbnails that way without going on websites.
I found that out when I was doing a respect poster, it showed some girl getting her arse spanked!!!!!!!!
