Rightmove.co.uk is useful and is what i always use. This is only agencvy and not private though. Friday add and argus will be the only private listings i would have thought.

Where do you want to be?

I've got a 2 bed flat in Haywards Heath to rent. Lovely views of the Downs (in the winter when there's no leaves on the trees ). Gym, swimming pool, tennis courts, bar, etc, etc.

think poss somewhere in 7 dials/hove perhaps, somewhere nice for the summer with a garden or terrace. actually moving from Preston Park cos got a pretty decent 2 bed, but dont use bedroom 2 so not the cheapest and fancy a change walking down London Road to work every morning

Toying with the idea of rottingdean as well.

after a plush one bed I think, end of month. Dont want to pay agency fees if poss

many agencies in town do an intro only service- find/check out suitable tenants, but then its up to you to collect rents etc.

no idea what fees would be due, though.
