Iran - The pariah state . It's in 3 parts on YouTube, really interesting how Iran was founded and has accounts from previous US presidents etc on how they tried to influence the politics regarding Iran

Not sure if anyone else has mentioned this but Flint Town on Netflix is utterly brilliant: a portrait of urban decline and dystopia.

I am partial to 'Air Crash Investigations' and ' I Shouldn't be Alive' episodes as well, for lightweight interest.
Love long drawn out historical or industrial history docos to really get ones teeth into.
Theroux docos irritate me to be honest, more about sensationalism.
