Ian Hart's just mentioned QPR's interest in LK on SCR, let's hope it's rumour and nowt else, after all if LK being a Chelsea boy is West London based it would be an attractive proposition for him. The more performances like this that he turns in the more his price rises and the less likely we are to be able to afford a rising Chelsea valuation. Sign him long-term now DK!

Knight is a good Div 2 striker, but he struggled at Wednesday last year so lets not treat him as the second coming.

Having said that, sign him up DK

They were banging on about it throughout the game on Sky tonight. But they're about to pay a decent sized mortgage for the bloke from Everton.........so will they have enough money for 'The Lion' as well?

McLeod signs for QPR

Queens Park Rangers boss Ian Holloway has clinched the signing of Everton winger Kevin McLeod for a nominal fee.
The 22-year-old has signed on a month's loan, which will make him eligible for Monday's game against Brighton.

His permanent signing has also been agreed, however, and will be completed after the match at the Withdean Stadium.

The fee could rise to as much as £250,000 over several seasons, depending on appearances.

McLeod ended last season on loan at Loftus Road and returns to the club despite recently signing a new contract at Everton.

He has been allocated Rangers' number 22 shirt.

He came on as a sub today, but I expect you noticed. To be fair, QPR's financial difficulties are well documented, and they may find it hard to splash out on another player. Dick Knight has always made money available when it has been worthwhile (Sidwell last season), maybe this might be such an occassion?

El Pres speaks sense. LK didn't cut it in Div 1 last year, so I doubt if a bigger club would come in for him. In current financial conditions, it would be an almighty risk.

He also doesn't want to move up north again, if anyone else were to come in for him, it would have to be a southern team.

But he was playing for a crap team and wasn't getting any service. He's already proved here that if he gets the chances, he'll stick them away. I'd be more than happy seeing him playing in Div 1 with us next season!!
