Anyone having trouble with ticket office?

Called few times and gone to a dead line and the few times I have succeeded it has gone dead after i pressed 5 anyone else having these problems?

I did the first time I called and pushed 5 immediately they said and it went dead but then I called again and let the complete recorded message play before pressing either 4 or 5 and it was ok I was number 11 in the line.

Yup it went dead for me too as soon as I pressed 5.
However, after all the gumpf on the phone and waiting in the queue it then decides to tell me they won't deal with anything else apart from Charlton tickets today. Grrrrrrr.
Why not tell us that at the start of the call?

They still answered my query could I swop my Dagenham tickets for Bournemouth.

i was number 13 so thought id sack it off as im heading into town later.

The queue for the ticket office was nearly out of the door when I called into the shop this morning- very busy

Charlton tonight is pretty much sold out. The only ticket I could get was in W Block. I'm not normally this last minute, but I would not be going tonight, so I got what I could. Tickets were also going fast for the Orient game and Portsmouth, and this was at 10.30 ish.

The poor people in the office were about to be overrun. When I arrived there were only half a dozen people in the whole shop. but by the time I left the queue was going out of the door.

i reckon its the next band of Bournemouth tickets as well! Have a feeling that fixture will be seeing away fans in home ends
