my girlfriends brother has the hatchback 1.20 sport. its comfy inside and really smooth. think its quite expensive to fill, and maybe its just me, but the rear door shape is really strange (can make getting into it from a tight spot e.g. carpark a pain in the arse sometimes)

nice car tho

The USB allows you to control the media device (Ipod or I sometimes us a 16GB memory stick) via the stereo display, so you can scroll through, see track names etc. I guess this is also marginally safer than playing with an ipod direct........

Also better sound quality than via usb than aux.

The bluetooth kit is the same principle, but for your phone.

I think it's about £1k for the lot, which is OTT (as is everything price wise with them), but now I'm used to it I'd be lost without it.

The M sport comes pretty much with full leather, so don't bother upgrading that.

Thanks.

In the snow, does switching off the traction control have any effect?

Minimal, unless you like driving in reverse everywhere! I wouldn't let that cloud your judgement, it's a small downside vs the other benefits of driving a rear wheel drive car.

had 118d new, since sep 07, proper dodgy to drive round bends, but very efficient car. not much room in the back though.
