Available at supermarkets and health stores, I got my last pack from Tescos and I believe it was under £3.

Best taken if you don't have a cold but are in danger/the very early stages of getting one. You then have a good chance of fending it off. Brett!

Felt ropey early last week, shouting myself hoarse Wednesday did not help but it hit hard after a late night Saturday singing karaoke until 2am.(

Where would a young crooner like you be out singing karaoke until 2 in the morning? An old groaner like me can only find places that have karaoke until midnight.

By the way Uncle S, I'm sorry to hear that you're still smoking the old coffin nails. The good mate that I talked about in a previous post died from lung cancer a few weeks ago. My dear brother, though very ill refuses to give in to it and is hanging in there.
