I have played it once. Game seems really good but I am currently really crap at it!

Not Luton! Thank God
I got it at the weekend. It's fun to play. The passing is great fun, allowing you to switch sides play through balls to feet or into space. At first play its a lot easier to play than previous pro-evos but thats probably because I've still got it on the easiest setting. Shooting is just a swing of the nunchunk. Defending is more team based than individual but you can slide tackle (i just haven't quite mastered how to do it yet.

I'm looking forward to playing online sometime (a NSC tournament?). I also managed to unlock playing with Mii's last night, but not quite sure what that will mean. Hopefully lots of fun.

It looks well complicated but could well be a stroke of genius.

Sadly I've lost my ****ing remote for my tellybox so I can't play my Wii until I get a new one.

Why do TV's NEVER have an AV channel button on the box itself leaving you stranded without a remote?

And I've already got a One4All Universal remote but it will only change channels and volume.

Got it over the weekend and it's superb. Never been as addicted to football game before. The controls are daunting to start with but give much more freedom to pass and build attacking moves than any other game.

As other have noted, the shooting is a bit of a lottery and the defending is harder than attacking, but if you start defending more with your forwards & midfield you can often force mistakes. Graphics are a bit suspect but you can play with your Mii's after you win a tournament which makes up for it.

Loving the Champions Road (Wii equivalent of Master League) too.

I saw it in Tesco today for £27, so I thought "I'll have that".
Not played it yet, but had a look at the controls and it looks WEIRD. I shall report back in due course with my findings.

Got it today.

Plays well once you are used to it and the ability to control where players run off the ball is great.

BUT mine seems to go all pixelated on me near the bottom of my screen. Don't think it is my TELEBOX which is NAFFED so might take the disc back.

It certainly takes some getting used to. Using the remote to "drag" your players around works extremely well though, specially when you get to grips with dragging a player who is off the ball over to where you want him to run, then playing the pass into space for him. Its a completely different way of playing a football sim, totally unique. I'm still getting my head round it, but early impressions are - its FUN.
