Had an A3, was surprisingly economical for such a big motor. BMW 3 series these days, also diesel and peetty good too. Always had petrol before these two cars, wouldn't go back now.

I drive a diesel Audi A4 at work quite regularly (can't remember what size engine it is but it goes some).
Usually get about 22mpg out of it I think
They allow you to drive around the Gatwick check in desks and concourses now?
