A 3 bed mid terrace near me in Poets is on market for £550k. It's well finished and has bi folding doors to garden, nice kitchen etc, but £550k!

Poets is going crazy. Even The Eclipse is being done up (again) by the owners of the George Payne. Looks like it will remain a Harveys tied pub though.
