My wife is changing her 06 Mini Cooper Convertible for the new launch model end of this month. Only criticism of the old car is rear visibility (not a problem on the saloon), rear legroom and tiny boot. Great fun car to drive and holds price well. £18k new, sold for £12k - depreciation £2k/year - service costs negligible.

Old dear is selling her 03 Cooper S at the moment as she needs something with 5 doors, otherwise she's have no intention of getting rid, crackin little car.

The newer Tubo's are better fuel economy but the older Supercharger sounds much nicer and is far better fun as the power is consistantly higher. The car is quicker than most on the road but it depends what you've had before?

In all honesty this car is all about the corners anyway, straight line speed is good but there can't be many better handling front whell drive cars on the road than the Mini, certainly i've never driven one!

Now after my sales pitch if you fancy an 03 Cooper S in Graphite with about 70k on the clock thats got a FSH from Mini PM me! :bigwave:

ps. Whatever you do if you like your cars do not accept less than a Cooper S, they are miles better than the standard Cooper

Thanks skint gull, but that's a few too many miles for me

And just to clarify... I understand that all of you reffering to women who own these cars are only joking.. I understand....

...i ts manly allright..... :(
