Right I checked windows and it's still crashing...

do you think it could be the fan then maybe?

Also when I start up and go on the inernet this programme

C/windows/system32/cmd.exe launches up, I dont understand what that is....

Its the Command Execution Shell. Its part of Windows, but due to Windows having more holes than my grannys colander, its often used to execute spyware.

I'd suggest a full run with Spybot Search and Destroy and MS AntiSpyware - run both, as Spybot misses some stuff MSA gets, and Microsoft take bribes to take stuff off the MSA blacklist. There could be something being inserted into the kernel at runtime thats causing a crash
