Starkey looks a decent lad and also Ben white stood out for me. Rea was very steady and Tilly could be a player in a year or two........
Stoke were extremely disappointing though.......don't think they registered a shot on goal in the first half......bha better side....

Really good game tonight with another young side. Very cagey 20 odd minutes up to us taking the lead. Had to endure a period of pressure in the second half then scored two great goals the second while down to 10 men, Lino the only one who spotted anything, no players appealed.

Walton made some excellent saves, Dallison, White and Hunt all good at the back. The trialist Ward looked very lively and strong on the ball, Rea also good.

Only seen them a few times and never seen them play against quality opposition. Back 4 all looked very comfy but to be honest stoke weren't really much of a test IMO.

On tonight's showing it's easy to see why Tilley was pushed into the first team squad at boro

Walton made one good save and was very lucky not to gift stoke a goal with a poor pass out from the back.
