As someone who has dealt with 365 before I’m surprised they are claiming the game was finished, ask them to show you proof the game was completed and if they can’t do that then take it further. What game was it out of interest? Had a look through the Kenya league fixtures (yikes) and can’t find that many abandoned games.

Fortuna Sacco vs MCF. What’s really odd is in a lot of their messages they repeatedly say the game was “interrupted in the 98th minute due to riots/protests”. 98th minute was when the ref finally called it, penalty was awarded in the 86th and it never restarted after that.

Has the league table updated with a draw? I'm not surprised bet365 have not paid out, they're bookies and they will use any excuse to renage on the bet.

Looks like walking off at the award of a penalty is a bit of a thing in Kenya, maybe 365 have got their games muddled.

Maybe Kenyan FA rules - and all the corruption therein - apply? Maybe there's a half-arsed rule in there somewhere that applies to a team just walking off in the latter stages of a game? Certainly the cursory glance I've given to the thing all seem to be reporting a 1-1 scoreline - which would appear to scupper OP's claim, rightly or more probably wrongly

If a 3rd goal was never scored you'll obviously not get any money for that, but you should get your money back.

My guess is that your bet will be corrected 5 days after the game was played, I've experienced similar things when betting on small markets.
