Anyone else think our female mascot was going to strip at half-time?!? Gulp.

She threw off her jumper, bag and stuff when running to our end and for a split second we thought she was going to take her top off. Very, very worrying as she wasn't even a teenager!!

Fair play to her for winning the competition though - and for the make-up artist for paining Bristol Rovers-style blue and white quarters on her face. :lolol:

Don't know why the organisers gave £50 to the Bristol City boy who LOST though. What kind of life lesson is that to give a little kid?!? ???

We thought the top was coming off too! My heart had had it by that stage anyway - that would have done me in.

Strangely enough the idea hadn't occurred to me! :lolol:

Although I did feel just a tiny bit sorry for that little lad who rushed about desperately for a couple of minutes appealing for support. He clearly didn't know what the opposition was planning. But then neither did the other chaps in red shirts who spent 93 minutes rushing about on the pitch and also only managed to get second place...

Quite so. I thought a lovely touch was our girl acrobat going over and giving the little Brizzer a hug and a kiss to make up for his disappointment. I would have obviously done the same thing for the Brizzer masses but they seemed to dash off a bit too quick for me.

The consiliatory hug didn't seem to work - the poor lad was gutted... :(

Would YOU stand up in front of 60,000 people and do what he did for £50? :dunce:
