Never understand how people get 2 opening blank rows in a row. Different strategy to me I guess.

There are 26 letters in the alphabet. If you choose 10 letters that aren’t in the answer, you get two opening blanks. Simples!
What strategy can avoid that?
anybody who has never done it is either lucky or cheating?
