I keep track of when each player provides an update and if there is no activity after ten days I remove them from the table. I have noticed that on more than one occasion the player who was removed then provides an update so I put them back in the table only for the same thing to happen again ten days later. Please can you provide an update at least once a week to prevent this happening?
