[Technology] Anyone else playing Wordle?

Toughie today, took me ages after my 3rd go, but managed a 4.
3.8 average, streak of 23.

A 4 today but my stats seems to have been messed up again as i've now played less games after today's effort than i had a few days ago

Don't know if this is why but i tend to leave the tabs open after i complete them, and also use the sleep function on my pc. There were a few tabs that i reopened as i was going through all the open ones and noticed it reloaded and that as i did, the puzzle below changed to the current solved one (no longer the completed answer from a few days prior) and the number of games stats went down as i moved back towards and through the older games (probably my old pc to blame, although it could be cookie rrelated as i didn't accept when it changed to NY Times) I had similar recently when the streak reset despite playing and solving every day but didn't notice it counting backwards that time.

However this has thrown my stats into disarray as the number of games is now incorrect and i'm not 100% certain how many i've now played so working out my average will be difficult. I may have to try to dig back through this thread and see if i can work out the accurate numbers.

Hopefully seeing this will help stop someone else being affected in the same way too
