So do I.

I select a word and then, on the basis of WYG feedback, leave any correct letters where they were (G), move around letters that are Y (correct but in the wrong place), select new letters that have not been deemed not one of the five (W), and arrange these into a new word.

Rinse and repeat.

If there is a better method, especially one involving kittens, no need to tell me what it is; just reply 'Y' (or, if it actually does involve kittens, 'G').

I introduced wordle to a friend this evening, and went through it to explain how it worked. It was on a separate device to my 'proper' attempt this morning.

It took me more goes than it had in the morning, as I had forgotten what the word was!!

Streak of 12 but all in the 4/5/6 goes range.

We should start a new game of trying to work out backwards what people's previous words were from their yellow and green patterns!

Still don't know why sometimes it shows as the yellows and green, and sometimes as question marks.....
