I’ve been angry with some of the words that wordle comes up with but am apoplectic with rage at this one.

Ha - now you mention it, I wonder if the answer to the Wordle subconsciously led me to use related words in alphaguess? I wouldn't be at all surprised - it's amazing how the mind works!

We had the same pattern? What is your “strategy”?

*I try a different starting word each day (except when I’m rushed and have not had my coffee) … my Monday puzzle 1st word was stare.

By contrast I am currently starting with the same word every day and from then on use my brain(such as it is)
