Anyone else not able to get through to the ticket office?

On website last night it says that if your Orient tickets haven't arrived by post, you need to phone the ticket office by 1pm today to organise duplicates for collection.

Have tried since 10am this morning and although I get get through to the introduction, when I press 5, everytime it hangs up.

Anyone else got the same problem or is it just my phone?

Just realised I've mis-read the site and it's Exeter tickets that need to be organised by today. Still haven't received my tickets for Orient though - do I need to speak to the club or will I just be able to pick up some from the collection point with my ref no?

Problem solved, got a very prompt reply to the e.mail I sent them. Well done club shop - not the first time they have been very quick in replying to an e.mail have sent.

Wish I'd tried that, just spent 50 minutes on the phone!
