Not a drinker so will have to test that one on the wife! Good for skin,joints and stomach well thats what they told me when i bought the bottle!

aloe vera tastes disgusting - try green tea
I only use aloe vera topically on sunburn, never being drunk? sounds vile!

Whilst Aloe vera can help with ailments such as intestional problems (IBD or Colitis) bottled versiond are just too diluted
Very little juice comes out of an Aloe Vera plant and so its healing properties are limited through refining
Nice earner though for shops like Holland and Barrett to mark up massively and mention its benefits when selling
