Turns out it was a little chilly!.

Going for my polar bear swim off Hove this afternoon. Swimming out until I'm level with the end of the West Pier ballroom and then back onto the beach to revive my numb hands and feet and trying to encourage some blood back into little willy - VERY little willy at this time of year.

Went to work!!! only to be told the specialist team cancelled on Friday..

The twat who was supposed to have informed everyone emailed at 530 on friday night......we knock of at 12 on a Friday....complete twat

77 miles for nothing.......at least 1.5 % overtime and 1.5 days off next week..

Yeah i went for a run this morning. I'd purchased some jogging bottoms yesterday to cope with the freeze, and they worked to an extent. If it stays like this, i am buying a balaclava.
In a few minutes i am cycling into town for the cinema. Machete, i'll see, which looks stoopid. And then i'll go for a game of squash, which is a stoopid game. The only good thing about squash of recent times, which is forever really as i've only been playing for about two months, was me whacking my brother in the temple with one shot by "accident". If i could only repeat that feat, i'd have more chance of winning, which i am yet to do.
