Check out Tyneham (If the army have the roads open to the place!)

Basically, it's a village that the army took over during the second world war and everything is in it's original place (albeit a little bomb damaged in parts).

Used to live nearby in Weymouth. Very nice place but beware of some of the local beers, they are a bit strong !
