I remember feeling the same approx 7 years ago when finding out that our game at Mansfield was called off. We were 10 miles away when we found out

We were already in the pub in Mansfield when we found out it was off (think the place opened at 1030am and we walked in and the land lord told us the game was off).

Ended up going to Hucknall v Lancaster and I had a nasty incident with a railway line.

Yep. He was sacked by Talk Sport a couple of years back as he kept missing his early morning shows because of his massive hangovers! Porky Parry had to cover for him.
