Anybody know Tony Byrne?

I started a thread about this sometime ago but it didn't get anywhere

Basically trying to trace him, he used to be a regular bloke around brighton in the late 80's/ early 90's. I know he got banged up for turning over the ecplise pub apparently around that time. Was best mates with a bloke called Steve Medlock.
