Seems to be Albion's forgotten man, behind Hoyte (pointless in him being here if he isn't going to play) and seemingly Steve Cook who made the bench ahead of him.

What's happened to our player of last season? Any way back for Whingy?

Surprised he hasnt gone out on loan, he would fit right in at any team in the bottom half.

If we don't get Calderon and Painter on long term deals we will get others of their quality or better - "Andy who?" sadly.

Should now send Hoyte back - a waste of money if he's on the bench

Never been a big fan of Whingy myself. He gives away too many un-necessary free kicks, penalties and easy goals IMO.

Putting in a few solid tackles now and again, overhittng simple passes, and clapping your hands to try and lift player morale when they have fvcked up aren't really the necessary attributes and footballing skills that will get him back into the first team.

I saw him play for the reserves against Crawley a couple of weeks ago. He played with an attitude of somebody that thought they were too good to be playing there. Apart from a couple of heavy tackles and a few hoofed clearances upfield, he made a limited contribution. OGH and a couple of the "youngsters" played better.

Sorry Whingy. I think it's a case of "We'll call you".

It's a shame what has happened to him because he played badly this season but the whole team was playing poor when he was dropped. He was unfortunate and now we have signed two other right backs(for the life of me i don't know what anyone can see in hoyte) and he has dropped in the wilderness of our reserves. Would love to see him back but Poyet seems to like Calderon and so do most of the fans. I personally would prefer to have Whingy back but thats probably through my sheer loyalty to him. I know for sure that he is good enough for this team but he just won't be given the chance although why would calderon be replaced at the moment when hes playing ok. I just hope Whingy doesnt leave and becomes the forgotten player who was our saving grace from last season. i know i wont forget the massive chin though:D

I love Inigo.. Thats it and I have said it and for that I apologise!

He is definately a competant league 1 right back, whether he can play at championship only time will tell but he is definately better than Whing and Hoyte.

Is he cool because he wears gloves, has a beard and long hair (I cant work it out!)

None of your buisness
Whingy is a complete knob who admited to wanting Brighton to lose against Villa unless he was playing......because he supports villa. I bet that comment went down well in the dressing room!

it is just a matter of opinions, last year the manager really rated him so we followed blindly, this year the manager doesnt so neither do we.
