Quite a lot of steps there so not a straightforward installation.
Can't say without having properly seen it but 3 grand would be cheap and 4 a bit dear.

Bugger forgot to price in removing and replacing skirting.
Personally I'd have suggested just plying over and then using levelling compound (after fixing any bouncy bits)
