Before I get accused of being DR I’m hoping for plenty of “didn’t see any”
The reason I ask is there’s plenty of it on Twitter across different ‘English Towns’ and we have a large temporary population of Spanish language students.
If England had won I’d have gone home on the 12 via the Steine but on account of the result just got a sherbert over the Falmer Road so didn’t see anything good or bad.
I have plenty of recollections of North Street after Germany in 1990. It’s wasn’t our finest moment as a town.

1990 was pretty awful. Seems a lot better these days. I'm guessing CCTV and Big Brother has its uses.

In 2008 I remember a load of Spanish students celebrating in the Steine. Twas a happy sight. Although some would still grumble.

I went to local pub for Portugal 2004. Short walk home upon a swift exit. Somebody was already smashing up the bus stop. I watch at home these days and it's normally a resigned 'Oh, well' at worst. Last night I just got back to my knitting.

Nothing in the Argus,
Was there ever? I think this was the last thing I read in it.

Embarrassing behaviour!

Seriously, this is what I wanted to hear. I’m sitting around hung over today so scrolling through Twitter and some of it is cringe central.
I know I don’t have to look but it’s like rubber necking an incident, you can’t help but watch
The only people who are interested in football violence are the Police and hooligans/wannabes & the last time I checked you drive buses 😉

Ah, so you’re implying my hobbies of binge drinking and football violence prevented me from appearing on the back of a bus? View attachment 185700
Buses ! Oh, I like buses. I'm the weirdo who stands in Queen's Park Terrace taking pictures of them every time they go by. I'll miss the red and cream design.

Didn’t a Russian student get attacked and died after our local inteligencia thought he was German?
