that is what comes with picking an obscure university in cheltenham. probably the second advantage behind being able to become a whaddon road regular

Revising is cheating. Seriously. What you know now is what you're going to know in five years, ten years time(unless you go on to specialise in that subject, in which case why worry about it now- you've got years to learn it...). What you cram into you short term memory the night before the exam will be forgotten by the time you have your first post exam pint.

So, the moral of this message is:

Kids, just say NO.(to revision)

Take my advice, get revising now, A-Levels are in a completely different league to GCSE's. Do NOT take them for granted (or you'll end up on an HND like I did!! )

GSCE's are a piece of piss in comparision to future exams, which you actually need to revise for.

Got an AS re-sit on June 5th, and my first A level on the 17th i think. Shit timing, what with the world cup:(

I had a 3 hour A level Economics exam during England vs Tunisia in '98. We had arranged to get a taxi up to our house from the sports hall so we could avoid any celebrations etc. and watch the recorded match. Then some daft bint walked up to me, in our 10 minute break between sittings and said "Is it still 2-0 England?"

I also missed England Brazil last cup, as I had a mock public inquiry for a degree module. I had to leave the pub, just before half time. Mind you, bit of a blessing in disguise really. Seaman
