Its either Olympic level BS or bizarrely credible?

Zelensky had told Usyk he can’t fight Fury at the moment because of the situation with Russia/Ukraine. Usyk is a national hero and a global figure in the conflict, if Fury were to emphatically beat him then its very negative for the masses back in the Motherland.

Those 24 rounds of punishment against Usyk have had a long term impact on AJ’s career.

He will never be the fighter he was, Wilder knocks him out in 4 rounds, and as for fighting Fury, there’s more chance of taking on Billy than Tyson.

‘But he never fought Fury’ is a better legacy than former remembered for being destroyed, he and his people simply won’t risk it.

The peoples champion back in action on 8th March back in his beloved Saudi, against Franny Ngannou, should be an absolute cracker.

Ngannou caused Fury all sorts of problems and in most peoples eyes beat him fair and square. I expect AJ to have no such problems and a win will set him up for winning the heavyweight title of the world.

I think the past couple of events in Saudi have shone an interesting light on the heavyweight division; Fury's resume doesnt look that much these days. I also feel he has not done himself any favours with seemingly dodging fights. It will be an interesting fight for sure, but I will not be surprised if Usyk wins.

Apparently Ngannou's camp were told on the Thursday before that unless there was a flash knockdown, probably after a count of 30, he was always going to lose on points, but his $20million cheque clearly softened the blow.

I also think it will go to points. If Wilder couldn't knock Fury out, I don't think Usyk will.

They're the two best technical boxers, and I think it will be very close. I wouldn't be surprised if either won. But that's totally sitting on the fence, so if i have to pick one I will go with Fury to edge it.

The Fury fight flattered him terribly and was all about the dumb traveller failing to take it seriously. Striking in MMA is a world apart from striking in a boxing ring.

Francis has one chance to win and that is a punchers chance early on where he could catch Joshua off guard. After that Joshua should have way too much in the way of boxing skills to be troubled.

The bigger question is why on earth Joshua has taken this fight? He'll get no real credit as he should win easily against someone only in their second pro boxing fight. Yet if he loses he'll be a laughing stock and his next appearance is more likely to be on Strictly Come Dancing than in a ring with Fury.

I think he's taken it because he knows he'll win and knows he'll get paid big money.

Nobody at the top of this division wants to countenance entering into a fight which they may lose.

If AJ goes in with the same attitude as when he lost to Ruiz then he could be in trouble. As you say it's a ridiculous fight for Joshua to take, absolutely no upside for him, apart from the money he'll be paid, it proves nothing and doesn't do anything to prepare him for future fights either. Lose and its career over as a serious heavyweight contender.

I've put a few quid on Ngannou because you never know.
