you dont get it though do you,its not the being offended,its not the complaining its the continual belittlement of anyone who doesn't agree with the resident thought police. If you dont like the content of a particular thread why keep revisiting it ?

If you could give me instruction on how to avoid seeing another shit joke of dubious taste then let me know, because NSC is full of them at the moment and often the thread titles don't warn you. I come back to this thread because I'm having a discussion on it.

If the thought police don't like jokes about murder try child rape or racism. Go on. Crack open some REALLY offensive jokes. Ohthen complain about belittlement when you're savaged.

It,s not just the crap jokes though is it? Anyone who posts anything thats not acceptable to the " you cant say that it might offend someone" school of thought is immediatly pounced upon.
The thing is they never stop to think that their continual carping gets up as many noses as the original post. I couldn't disagree that the jokes about the Ipswich killings are offensive but the very nature of 90% of jokes make them offensive , These jokes will be reworked & reused every time there is a major news story just like they always have been. As someone has said on another thread if you didn't laugh you'd cry.
In short I, & I'm sure you, have heard it all before

I do think though that it would be a good idea to have a little icon warning of sexist racist or any other material that may be offensive to the sensitive souls on here
