I've just sent one of our technicians out from here in Southampton, headed for Hatfield.

He's going to HATE me...

Yes. I have another tech, who was supposed to head to Gloucester today [from Oxford] and I've just cancelled his trip, as he can't get his car out, and the trains are cancelled...

By the seaside in West Somerset
A good 2" to 3" in the midlands.

Would expect Hereford is very similar as only 20 or so miles from me:cry:

You Sussex-based people are lucky, basking in temperatures of 10C. In Oxford, 8 inches of snow fell last night and it’s still coming down.

I understand that the west has had a good covering?
Hello WW,looking from my window in Somerset there is a dusting of snow on the Blackdown Hills..........hang on...........also from my back window a little on the Quantocks. The rest of the place is snow free. But this is Summer-set,where snow is banned by local by-laws.

Regards,ww.

I'm up in Sterling tonight and there's no sign of snow up here.
