I'd go along with that. But it would need to be worded carefully. whatever the rights and wrongs of the last years there would be no point in being specific.

Some sort of gesture or acknowledgement for the many Albion fans who have sadly died during the X no of years since we last had a permanent home and who will be at Falmer in spirit.

Yeh, it's a fantastic idea - but you're also right that it would be best if it was not political - just a gesture of love and respect for the Albion fans who won't be there to see The New Goldstone at Falmer.
