Why do so many people try to defend the indefensible - OK, so it wasn't twatted, but his behaviour wasn't exactly becoming for a man of his age!

I'm proud to support a club that has a zero tolerance policy to this sort of thing, and all abusive behaviour.

Sadly a minority of people will always reflect on the good old days when you could have a scrap with the opposition fans before, during, and after the game, and shout whatever homophobic, racist, and general derogatory abuse you wanted.

Act like a tit in a football ground, expect to feel the full force of the law!

As someone else said, I have been going to football matches for over 50 years now and never found myself even close to this scenario...

It's not the norm and shouldn't be defended as something to talk about to his mates or his young son as he gets older!

As stated not defending contact of any sort to another human being and if the ground operates a zero policy so be it . Just stating you said twatted as if he or she was hit on purpose and that the court said flaying arm that’s it . Any way onwards to today’s game where I can state if we score then I will b using a flaying arm and jumping about like a **** should know better at fifty as some have stated but that’s me enjoy your day .
