Dasaolu shaping up to be the best British 100m sprinter in a while. Jess Ennis fit (in both senses) and Mo to compete in the 3000m. Looks like this is going to be grand weekend for British athletics.

Going tonight, didn't get any Olympic tickets so these games were my last chance to see stadium in all its glory before west ham ruin it. Also got tickets for Sunday by mistake, as thought it would be the prime events on Sunday! Looking forward to it though.
