I thought this guy was going to be a disaster at Celtic and I've been proven thoroughly and completely wrong. His team plays excellent, attacking football and he has unearthed multiple gems from Asia. I am a bit concerned he'll want Spurs to come in big for Mitoma but otherwise, I think he seems an impressive manager who has worked his way to this level the hard way.

Whilst I rate him at Celtic if Tottenham want to compete with the elite teams they needs top manager. I'm not sure he's at the level to pull Tottenham back in the the CL places or challenging for titles.

I think the difference is that Postecoglou has been working consistently since 2008 as a manager and he has managed various clubs, mostly in Australia and the Australia national team. He has worked his way to getting the Celtic job and done brilliantly, yes in a 1 team league but the team is still very strong and plays impressive football. I think he'll have Tottenham playing good football pretty quickly and they'll be a very different team to the one who bored us (and cheated us) to defeats this season.

I don't think he's a big enough name to convince H.Kane to stay, though.
