It's hard to guess what's wrong with Djokovic but clearly, there's a lack of confidence at the moment. He is usually so robotic in how he plays but now he's in his own head too much, second guessing himself. It used to be Murray doing that in these matches but the confidence is there from Murray and he's totally on top of his game right now.
