Left out of the squad for the away game against Rotherham today, strong rumours say he's going to the Seagulls.

99% of Cov fans love this guy just for he's work rate but ive seen past this, and see thats he's a crap overrated footballer so I'll be pleased for him to go. :D

Can't see it myself. Morrell has played 28 games for Coventry this season and has scored 7 goals.

It might be that he has done something at Coventry that has resulted in him being left out of the team and into a position where they want to off-load him. I seem to remember us signing a player from Pompey who had been an important member of their team but who had been getting his end away with Mrs Alan Ball...

had a few seasons with wrexham under brian flynn where he could not get a run in the side.dennis smith arrived played him regular and he scored 33 goals in the season we were promoted.
not the greatest ability wise but probably one of the hardest working footballers around and certainly knows where the net is.
my personal opinion is he would do a good job for bha.

i knew he had scored lots of goals at wrexham. maybe something to do with coventry having dele adebola, patrick suffo, gary mcsheffery, graham barrett, stern john and eddie johnson on loan from man utd. all of which can play upfront.
ok, barrett is debatable in that list.
