That article says nothing. Its Turner trying to ward off potential suitors for Monkhouse. Turner values him (rightly so if he is a good player) and is talking up his value, just in case there is an offer. Turners thinking, is a) I dont want him to go, but if the players wants a move, then b) I'm gonna get some serious dosh for him.

Thats my take on it.
